Personalized dog walks, enrichment visits, drop‑ins, and boutique overnight care — all tailored to your pet’s temperament and needs.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 48 hours in advance is ideal, but we’ll do our best to accommodate sooner when possible.
Do you accept last‑minute requests?
Yes, when our schedule allows. Extra fees may apply for urgent requests.

Morning, midday, afternoon, and evening slots are available — subject to scheduling.

You’ll receive real‑time updates through our portal or via text, complete with photos or short video clips.
Do you send photos or videos after each visit?
Yes — sharing moments from your pet’s day is part of the joy of what we do.
How do I reach you in an emergency?
Clients receive a direct contact number for urgent needs, available during service hours.
Policies
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice incur no fee. Same‑day cancellations may incur a service charge.
What’s your weather policy?
In extreme weather, walks may be shortened or swapped for indoor enrichment to ensure safety and comfort.
Do you require vaccinations?
Yes — current rabies and core vaccinations are required for all pets in our care.
